BlueTake i-PHONO BT420 Bluetooth Hi-Fi Sports Headphone
Product Introduction:
BlueTake have produced the i-PHONO series of products which are both simple and
convenient to use. With its Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP), the
i-PHONO BT430 Bluetooth Hi-Fi Audio Dongle enables your audio device to transfer
the stereo audio signal cordlessly to the BlueTake i-PHONO BT420 Bluetooth Hi-Fi
Sports Headphone.
Besides the wireless stereo audio application, the i-PHONO BT420 Bluetooth Hi-Fi
Sports Headphone can be used for mobile hands-free communication with any mobile
phone which supports either the Bluetooth Headset or Hands-free profiles.
Whilst enjoying music, you can receive or make a phone calls easily through the
built-in foldable microphone and the embedded, innovative "auto switching"
technology.
What is Bluetooth?
Bluetooth is a standard that has been developed by a group of electronics
manufacturers. It is based on a low-cost, short-range radio link, Bluetooth can
connect many types of digital devices such as computers and mobile phones,
without a single cable in sight - giving you more freedom to roam about freely.
As Bluetooth utilizes a radio-based link, it does not require a line-of-sight
connection in order to communicate with devices... something needed when using
an Infra-red connection (IrDA). You could be using your laptop in one room and
send a document to print, to the printer in another room some distance away.
To establish a connection, two Bluetooth-equipped devices simply have to come
within a 10 meter range of each other.

Product Packaging:
The i-PHONO BT420 arrives in a vibrant and fairly large cardboard box. It's
bright orange colour instantly grabs your attention and beckons you to pick it
up and take a look. The front of the box features a large picture of both the
BT420 Headphone and the BT430 Audio Dongle. In the background a woman can be
seen jogging whilst wearing the i-PHONO BT420.

On the reverse of the box, the
user will find a full break down of the BT420 and BT430 Specifications. BlueTake
products are sold worldwide and therefore the specifications are printed in
French, Italian, German, Spanish and Russian as well as English.
After breaking the tape seal, the box opens by folding out three cardboard
flaps. The first thing the user will see, is the BT430 Audio Dongle wrapped in a
protective bag:

The BT430 Audio Dongle sits in a space in a white cardboard tray that is to be slid out from the box. This white tray holds the rest of the package safely in place, with a space for the i-PHONO BT420, four additional BT420 Colour Plates, one Velcro Magic Band, one Magic Tape, a 1-to-2 Adaptor Connector, a USB Charging Cable, one Power Adaptor, a User's Manual and a BlueTake Limited Warranty Card.

The User's Manual is very in-depth and is easy to understand. The manual guides the user through all aspects of using both devices. BlueTake warrants both the BT420 and BT430 to be free from defects due to workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
