AmacroX Super Wide Camera Phone Lens

The AmacroX Super Wide Camera Phone Lens is a high quality glass lens that needs
no tools and no modification to the camera mobile phone that the user wishes to
use it with. It merely clips in place and provides an improved image in
conjunction with the mobile phones in-built camera lens and software.

AmacroX Super Wide Camera Phone Lens:
The AmacroX Super Wide Camera Phone Lens is part of a family of eight
different lenses in the series. This particular lens, as its title suggests,
provides a Super Wide Angle View for the image being photographed with the users
camera mobile phone. Also available are Tele 2.0x, Wide 0.5+ Macro, Wide 0.5x,
Micro (close up), Triangle, Cross and CPL type lenses.
Each of the lenses arrive in similar packaging, with a mock mobile phone showing
the lens in its relative position. The type of lens purchased can be seen in the
top-right corner of the packaging. On the reverse of the packaging, the user
will find a quick guide on how to attach their lens to their camera mobile phone
and also an important message about the mounting rings.

- Super Wide = Having a much
wider than normal angle of view, produces an image that is foreshortened in the
centre and increasingly distorted periphery.
- Tele 2.0x = Making objects appear closer
than they are, the resulting image will also have a certain degree of
perspective distortion.
- Wide 0.5+ Macro = Dual functions of Wide x 0.5 and Marco lens. Giving a wider
angle of view, and magnifies small articles and make close-up shooting.
- Wide 0.5x = Give a wider angle of view, the resulting image will also have a
certain degree of perspective distortion.
- Micro (close up) = Simply magnifies small articles and make close-up shooting.
- Triangle = Generates 3 images radially from a single object. Images can be
moved by rotating filter frame.
- Cross = Generates crossed ray beams and emphasizes glaring sunshine reflected
by the sea, brings brilliant atmosphere to night scenery.
- CPL = For manual exposing and focusing blocks reflections of water and window
glasses taking pictures with a touch of clearness.
As the mounting rings use a high bonding adhesive, it is important to ensure
that the ring is the correct diameter for the camera lens on the mobile phone
and that is it positions in the correct spot.
The Lens Construction and Design:
The AmacroX Super Wide Camera Phone Lens is constructed from a smooth silver
coloured tough metal outer casing and a glass lens piece, along with a grey
plastic protection cap. The whole product feels well
constructed and is extremely lightweight and compact in design. Around the
outside edge of the lens, the AmacroX logo can be seen printed, along with the
type of lens from the series.
The lens arrives with its protective grey plastic protection cap in place, this
is to ensure that the glass lens surface is not scratched or damaged in any way
during transit.

At the opposite end of the glass lens piece is a magnetic ring that is embedded into the outer metal casing - this magnetic ring is used to clip the lens in place to the camera mobile phone in conjunction with the supplied steel rings. Three steel rings are supplied with each lens in the series.

One side of the steel ring has a high bonding adhesive layer, which firmly holds it in place on the camera mobile phone being used. As AmacroX have supplied three rings, this gives the user the option to use the Super Wide Camera Phone Lens easily with more than one camera mobile phone (i.e. without removing the current ring on a mobile camera phone).
